V-TECH has the right to keep a file and to process any personal data of the visitors of this website to the extent that this is required for its proper operation and development, as well as it may use it for advertising purposes. The main reason we ask for your personal information is for the purposes of managing your online bookings, sending Confirmation, Modification and Cancellation emails of the service you have booked, ensuring the best possible service and the security of your data. We also use your personal data to contact you and inform you about special and new offers. Your booking details are stored and shared with the partner company, to complete and manage your booking. In addition, for security reasons, we collect information about your computer such as your IP address, browser and the language you used.

In addition, V-TECH keeps a record of the cancellations you make and may inform partner companies of an increased probability of cancellation based on your history. Correspondingly, an update is made in case of a simultaneous/close time booking in more than one of the cooperating companies. These updates are made in the context of improving the services provided and to prevent cases of last minute cancellation.

Third party service providers: we may use service providers to process your personal data on our behalf. This processing is done for various purposes, including for sending advertising material. Third-party providers are bound by terms of confidentiality and may not use your personal data for other purposes.

If you create a profile on exoprova.gr, bookings made on exoprova.gr are automatically added to your profile when you use the mobile phone registered to your account.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a validly applicable provision that substantially conforms to the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall prevail. V-TECH’s failure to act with respect to a potential breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of V-TECH’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of V-TECH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
